We recognize how hard it is for owners to be apart from their handsome hairballs. That’s why FCH offers multiple services to make your time away that much less difficult. From our signature hotel service to at-home visits to the Fancy Cat Shuttle service, we make it easy for owners to give their companion the absolute best care possible.
FCH provides ample space for play, enrichment, and relaxation, all within a safe and familiar space. Our Suites range from [4 ft x 8 ft] to [11 ft x 13 ft]. Comprised of multiple platform levels, cat trees to climb, and hidey holes to relax; in addition to other premium amenities listed below.
In contrast, other boarding facilities are [4 ft x 4 ft] or smaller, more akin to a cage than a room. Which are especially cramped when holding multiple cats, insufficient for them to thrive. In many cases, cats are given only a limited opportunity to let their zoomies out in an otherwise unfamiliar play area.
But at FCH, Suites are more than large enough that the living and play area is one and the same! This allows kitties to build confidence in their living quarters and more quickly come out of their shell to both play and relax.
We take pride in cultivating an environment that emphasizes security and comfort for our guests. Located in a quiet neighborhood behind a nature conservatory with abundant wildlife, each Suite has its own window overlooking a bird feeder. Guests are able to observe outside and sunbathe as they see fit.
Additionally, calming pheromones are dispensed (via Feliway Diffuser) throughout the duration of each guest’s stay. Rooms are air-conditioned in the warm seasons and heated in the cold. Air purifiers run 24/7 and rooms are sanitized between each new guest with hospital-grade cleaner and disinfectant. While we strive for luxury, safety is still our #1 priority.
To keep this serene atmosphere undisturbed, noise is kept to a minimum, and dogs are not permitted on the premises. In the same vein, we kindly request that owners who would like a tour to contact FCH in advance. Tours are scheduled separately on an individual basis to ensure the least amount of commotion for our guests’ well-being.
Each Suite is fitted with it’s own kitty camera so owners can check our 24/7 livestream at any time for peace of mind. The livestream can be accessed at FCH’s YouTube channel here.
FCH employs live-in staff in order to monitor guests overnight in case of an emergency. We are located less than a 10 minutes drive away from the nearest 24-hour veterinary hospital.
Guests can expect up to an hour of play per day with our staff. Additionally, owners are provided daily photo updates of your classy kitty’s latest happenings.

Suites can be fully customized based on each guest’s preferences and physical capabilities. We are always happy to accommodate kittens, elderly, and handicapped guests. Please let us know of any special requests or needed accommodations when submitting a booking request form.
